We had a fantastic stay with our family and beloved pet. The staff were truly wonderful and attentive, making our experience memorable. The hotel is conveniently located near beautiful parks and great dining options. The breakfast in the morning was a standout with a variety of delicious options.

In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly amenities would be great.

Had an amazing time with friends at this hotel! We explored the Duomo and the Brera district, all within a short walk. The rooftop pool was fantastic, and the skyline views made for great evenings. I loved the friendly staff and delicious cocktails! Just a heads up, it's close to the train station which makes getting around super easy.

This place suits me perfectly, offering amazing staff, free wi-fi, and a great spa. On my first stay, the team helped me return sim cards I left behind. Highly recommend the breakfast too! I'm coming back for a business trip.

The rooftop pool blew me away with its amazing views of the Milan skyline, perfect for sipping cocktails after a day of exploring. The wellness area was a blissful escape, featuring a Roman bath that added a unique cultural twist. And let’s talk breakfast, it was a gourmet feast that kept me energized for our adventures!

Had a great stay at Hyatt Centric! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the train station and major attractions. The wellness area was a highlight, especially the Roman bath and sauna. I loved the rooftop bar and Sky Garden, perfect for evening drinks with great city views. The breakfast was impressive with plenty of options, but it could use some warmer selections for variety. My room was comfortable, but the layout had an awkward staircase, which was a bit of a trip hazard at night. Used the spa daily, and I appreciated that umbrellas were available since it rained during my visit. The staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to help and made the experience enjoyable. However, lack of Netflix on the TV in the room was a disappointment. Overall, the cleanliness and quality of service were commendable, but the room layout and some food options could certainly use refinement.

Great stay for fam

We had a nice time here! The rooms were clean, tho a bit snug. The breakfast was delish and the staff was super friendly. The spa was a sweet escape after a busy day. Only bummer was the drinks were kinda pricey, but we found a bottle shop nearby, so no biggie.

I had a lovely stay with excellent fresh breakfast daily, and the Wellness area was such a fantastic way to unwind. The room was clean, but a bit dark compared to the photos.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a great breakfast selection including fresh pastries and a pleasant lounge area to relax before heading out to explore the nearby sites, just a short 500 meters from the central train station.

the hotel had exceptional staff service. they were friendly and always willing to help. the location was very close to the central station but still very quiet, perfect for our explorations. we loved that the wellness area was open during our stay, which was a nice addition to our experience. breakfast was amazing, and we wished we had more time to enjoy it.

Elevators too slow!!! Spa access requires a hefty fee, which is frustrating given the limited amenities. Room lighting control is overly complex, leaving you puzzled on how to turn off the lights. Can we have basics like ironing facilities, please?
